Don Troiani

Born in New York City in 1949, Don Troiani was encouraged by his parents at a very early age to both appreciate history and pursue his artistic interests.  Earning a reputation as a consummate realist and visual interpreter of history - his works have been displayed, published and purchased by some of the worlds finest museums, battlefield parks, publishing houses and collectors.  Mr. Troiani is a recognized authority on American Civil War equipment, battle dress, and flags, having many original pieces in his collection.
